A: 心臓の造影CT検査を受ける場合、ご自身の主治医または糖尿病の薬を処方してくれた医師の指示に従って、確実に休薬を行ってください。参考になる情報を以下に示します。

経口血糖降下剤の「ビグアナイド薬」について、ヨード造影剤と併用すると乳酸アシドーシスを引き起こす可能性があるため、検査前48時間は可能な限り中止し、検査後48時間は内服中止とされています。この休薬のガイドラインが基準となっています。自分自身の休薬のタイミングについて、依頼元の医師から指示がなかった場合でも、こちらの情報を確認し、休薬して良いかどうか、検査前・後48時間の休薬が適切かどうかを、依頼元または糖尿病の薬を処方してくれた医師に確認してください。

・3日前～前日：80％

・当日キャンセル：100％

※ただし、海外在住の方やエージェントを介して予約した場合は、契約内容やキャンセル料金が異なる場合がありますので、契約書を確認してください。
